Chapman Mechanical was responsible for the full mechanical demolition and new installation of a HVAC system throughout the prison.
The large mechanical systems were spread throughout the building in 10 cell blocks and the project has been phased in 5 different phases.
Due to the nature of the project, all materials and equipment all have to be built to prison issue standards. All cell blocks were measured up prior to demolition, prefabricated at our shop, and skidded out for ease of installation.
Security measures required us to follow strict standards with regards to materials, tools, and employee handling.
Being organized and prefabrication was a key factor in the success on this project
