Project Details ONE WATER STREET | KELOWNA, B.C.
Chapman Mechanical was responsible for sheet metal, equipment supply and install for two towers.
Phase 1 is a 36 story tower and Phase 2 is a 28 story tower.
This project has over 50 floors of slab ducting that required prior planning through CAD, Bluebeam, and prefabrication in our shop in order to keep our time lines on field installation effective and precise. Each deck was timed down to the hour for installation time.
Throughout construction our contract administration staff worked closely with the owners and contractors to make sure the project, which had an ambitious timeline, continued to progress unhindered.
