Chapman Mechanical was responsible for the plumbing, sheet metal and equipment supply and install for this build.
The Shore building is a six story building on the lake in Kelowna. It has two floors of CRU with 4 floors of residential space. A fast paced project involving a heat pump system that due to the warmer temperatures in Kelowna required us to work closely with the engineer. Our design team, experience in construction management, prefabrication and increased man power helped bring this project to the end of its tight dead-line.
Throughout construction of our contract administration staff worked closely with the owners and contractors to make sure the project, which had an ambitious timeline, continued to progress unhindered.
